Lodge Visitation Programme Intent: To foster visitation to local Masonic symbolic lodges by companions of constituent Royal Arch chapters. How Achieved: 1. A companion must be recorded as having visited a minimum of ten (10) Masonic symbolic lodge events between 1 September of a given year and 1 June of the following year.
2. The visits must
include a minimum of four (4) lodge stated meetings. The
remaining visits may include stated meetings, special
events, installations, or other symbolic lodge sponsored
events, but no two events may both be counted if on the same
day in the same location. 3. The Grand Royal Arch Chapter’s red and white “IFIHY” button is no longer required to be worn by the companion during the visit, but continues to be authorised in order to prompt brethren to ask what the letters signify and thus provide the companion to state, “I found it. Have you?” Some IFIHY buttons continue to be available from District Deputy Grand High Priests. 4. Visitations must be recorded on a Grand Chapter Form 451-E (“Lodge Visitation Programme Report”), available on the fill-able forms page of the Grand Chapter’s website. The GRAC Form 451’s entries must be completed by the Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Secretary, or Treasurer of the symbolic lodge. 5. The completed GRAC Form 451 must be submitted by the participating companion to the Royal Arch Visitation Committee no later than 15 June to be considered part of the programme. Recognition: Appropriate recognition will be given Visitation Programme participants during the Grand Royal Arch Chapter’s annual convocation at the end of July. Recognition of participants will be commensurate with the number of visits and signing of new petitions by Master Masons.
