Billy was born on June 16, 1970 in Sparta, IL and graduated from Steeleville, IL High School in 1988.  Billy started working for working for Hardees’ and worked his way up to manager before quitting, going to work for the State of Illinois at Chester Mental Health Center as a Security Aide in 1995 where he works with the criminally insane and still is employed today.  He is also very active in the Union, AFSCME, where he has served as President of the Local council #31 for Many years.

  Billy is married to Sandra McIntyre and they live on a small 15 acres ranch with many animals. Billy and Sandra had on child together and 6 children in total with 7 Grandchildren. 

   Billy is a Member of the Steeleville Baptist Church and is active in the community.  He has been a poll watcher for many elections and has been elected as a Precinct Committeeman for multiple years in Randolph County. 

  When not working on Masonic projects, Billy and Sandra enjoy traveling on his Harley Davidson and seeing the Country They also do reenactments of colonial America. And Billy is an active member of the Old west Regulators who don Western Reenactments. They are very busy with family and are both goal oriented.
